"Bad first impression, and I don’t really trust them now"
My first impression was bad, and that kind of ruined it for me. Something just felt off from the start, and now I’m having a hard time trusting this brand. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me it didn’t feel right.

"Did not stay cold enough"
I was hoping this would keep my drinks cold for a while, but it really did not do the job. Things only stayed slightly cool for a short time, so I was disappointed

I just don’t think it’s worth the money, like at all. For what you get, it feels way too expensive, too expensive.

"Feels a bit cheap for what it costs"
I was a little disappointed once I saw it in person. It looked good online, but the materials just don’t feel very sturdy, and overall it has that “cheap” feel I wasn’t expecting.
The finish started picking up marks quickly, and a few parts feel kind of flimsy, like they might not hold up well with regular use. For the price, I really thought it would feel more solid and better made.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It feels more like a budget item with a “premium” price tag, which was frustrating.

"Warranty got sorted, but it felt impersonal"
They did end up fixing my warranty issue, so I can’t really complain too much there. It just took longer than I expected to get replies, and the whole process made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual customer. Not a terrible experience, just a little frustrating while waiting around for updates.

I thought this would be a bit more portable. But it’s kind of a hassle to move. Heavy, awkward, just not very convenient.

I tried contacting Cordova support a few different times, and it just felt like I was being brushed off. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, it didn’t really seem like they’d even read what I was asking. I was the one stuck dealing with the problem, but somehow I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get a basic answer. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Confusing site that wore me out"
I tried using cordova.co and got frustrated quickly. The pages were slow to load, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. A few parts felt like they weren’t working right, or they just weren’t explained clearly enough. Maybe other people have a better time with it, but for me the whole experience felt annoying and I ended up giving up

"Looks like it hasn’t been updated in years"
I’ll be honest, the site feels really messy and outdated. I spent way too long trying to figure out where I was supposed to click, which is always a fun little adventure. The colors don’t really go together, and the whole thing gave me a bad first impression. Definitely expected something a lot better.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support a few different times, but nothing ever actually got fixed. I just kept getting bounced around like nobody knew what they were doing. Total clown show, honestly. Really frustrating.

I just got this recently, so maybe it’s fresh in my mind, but I’m disappointed. It looked really nice in the photos, but in person it feels kind of cheap. It’s not completely useless or anything, but for what I paid, I expected better quality.

"Order came with the wrong stuff"
My order was just... not right. I opened it up and there were a couple things in there that I definitely didn’t order, and then one of the items I actually wanted was missing. I tried looking at the invoice to figure out what happened, but that just made it more confusing. For what I paid, I kind of expected the basics, like packing the right items. Frustrating overall.

"Literally not easy to use"
I had a really hard time figuring this out and kept getting stuck. Even simple things felt like they were buried in the menus, i literally gave up after a while.

It looked really nice when I first got it, but after a few months it started to feel a little loose and worn out. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up better... it’s not terrible or anything, just disappointing

Umm, my order ended up being late twice, and every time I reached out to support they just kept telling me it would come tomorrow. It got frustrating, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Refund came through, but the wait was frustrating"
I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I expected and that was frustrating. I was relieved when it finally came through, but the waiting made the whole return process feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Shipping was okay, but nobody seemed to own it"
I ordered from cordova.co and the item did show up in good condition, so that part was fine. The shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was frustrating. What annoyed me most was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible once it shipped, the store, the carrier, or someone else. It kind of felt like no one fully owned the issue. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not fast or smooth either. I’d maybe order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry

"Bad packaging, honestly not worth the hassle"
My order from cordova.co showed up in a roughed-up box, and the packaging inside barely did anything. Everything had clearly been sliding around during shipping, so it didn’t really feel like much care was taken to protect the items.
For what I paid, I expected a lot better. The product might be fine, but the way it arrived left a bad taste right away. If this is how they usually ship orders, I’ll probably just take my business somewhere else next time.

"Not much actually available"
I was hoping cordova.co would have a decent selection to order from, but it ended up being disappointing. Almost every size or color I clicked on was sold out, even though the items were still shown on the site. I checked back a couple times expecting things to restock, but nothing really changed. i thought it would be easier to actually buy something, but I probably won’t be checking again anytime soon.
